WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday approved a pair of import investigations that could lead to stiff duties on steel nails and certain steel pipe from China.
In both cases, the panel said there was enough evidence that U.S. producers had been harmed, or could be harmed, by unfairly priced imports to warrant a probe.
